New this year, we are pleased to offer parents/guardians the convenience of ordering milk one month at a time or several months at a time.

Milk will be available to students from October to June.   

Milk orders will continue to be placed on School Cash Online.  All months will be made available for purchase on School Cash Online starting September 8, 2023.  Please see the chart below for the monthly deadline dates.

 Parents/guardians will continue to receive email reminders 2 days before each deadline (please ensure you have Email Notifications clicked ON in your settings).

To keep track of your monthly milk orders, you can sign into School Cash Online and click on “History”.  This will provide you with a list of your paid orders.  Clicking on the order and then clicking on Receipt will give you the details of the order. 

New this year, we are pleased to offer parents/guardians the convenience of on-line ordering and on-line payment for our Pizza and Sub Lunches through Healthy Hunger at www.healthyhunger.ca.

You can view your child’s upcoming Pizza and Sub Lunches and place orders.  All our Pizza and Sub Days for the school year have been added so you can choose to pay for all pizza and sub days for the year or as many as you like at a time.  You have up to 5 days prior to each Pizza and Sub Lunch date to place your order.  You also have the flexibility of canceling or making changes to your orders up to the 5 day cut off time.  

There are several payment options available for you.  You can pay online using VISA, Mastercard, or Interact online.  Healthy Hunger’s Payment Gateway is PCI Compliant, and adapt the highest standards in Payment Security.

Our lunches will continue to be provided by Papas Pizzaland and Subway. 

Pizza Day options available will be Cheese Slices and Pepperoni Slices.

Sub Day options available will be Ham, Turkey, Veggie, Assorted Cold Cuts, Pizza on white or whole wheat bread with several choices of toppings.

If your child is absent on Hot Lunch Day and you would like us to save your child's lunch, please call the school before 11:00 a.m. to let us know.

Only students who have pre-ordered through Healthy Hunger will receive pizza/subs.  It will NOT be possible to make any exceptions to place orders or pay by cash/cheque through the school.  

In the event of a snow day, hot lunch will NOT be delivered. You will be notified of the rescheduled day.

ATTENDANCE PROCEDURE FOR REPORTING YOUR CHILD’S ABSENCE

All student absences are reported through our automated Student Absence Report System (School Messenger). 

Parents/Guardians should report absences/lates/early departures using School Messenger in place of calling the school office.

Parents/Guardians will receive automated phone calls to confirm absences not reported to the School Messenger website or toll free number.  School Messenger will continue to call until the parent/guardian confirms the absence.

Helpful Hints for using the School Messenger Website, App, or toll free number

• Report your child’s absence before school starts at 9:20 a.m.
• If your child is going to be late or sign out early, report this before 9:20 a.m.
• After 9:20 a.m., parents are unable to report to School Messenger for the current day. School Messenger will call the parent/guardian after 9:20 a.m. to have the parent confirm the absence.
• If you are aware your child will be absent, late or sign out early on a future date, you can report this to School Messenger at any time before that date. You can also enter multiple day absences in advance.

Popcorn day for May 3rd has been rescheduled to April 26th

IMPORTANT - NEW FOR 2024/2025 SCHOOL YEAR

Starting for the 2024/2025 School Year, STSCO requires ALL parents/guardians to confirm their children's intent to ride the school bus.

All eligible students requiring transportation to/from their home address on file must opt-in for transporation for September.

It is important that Opt-In submissions be completed by families for their child(ren) by May 31, 2024, so they are considered for STSCO's route planning process for September.
